The Mission
We believe that no young person should have to grow-up without a father and carry the burden of his absence alone. Fatherlessness creates a hole in the hearts of young men and women, one that they are desperate to fill. Without proper emotional support and guidance they are likely to fill that void with self-destructive behaviors paving the way for a future filled with pain and suffering. We want to help stop this.
At ReWritten, we work to equip fatherless and underserved youth with the tools needed to become thriving adults by offering personalized programming.
We believe that when you provide a holistic, Christ-centered network of support around young men and women hoping for a better life, it will help shift the trajectory of their future towards one filled with unlimited potential for good.
Our Statement of Faith
We are Christian. Our Christian faith is at the core of who we are.
We believe in one God; Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe together, Jesus lived, died and rose again. Our desire is for Him to be central in our individual and corporate life.
We hear His call to servanthood and commit ourselves to a servant spirit that permeates throughout ReWritten.
We aim to follow Him in His compassion for the poor, oppressed, marginalized and fatherless. It is from His example we derive our holistic approach to loving and caring for the fatherless and underserved.
We believe God designed all children, beginning from conception, as male or female, to be loved by a father and mother. Thus, we follow the example of Jesus by being a visible, tangible expression of the fatherhood of God, serving all children in need from any faith or no faith at all.
We believe that no child who walks through our doors is too hopeless because our hope is in Jesus.
